The town of Peja and the Rugova valley in Kosovo, the towns of Plav and Gusinje in Montenegro and the villages of Thethi, Vermosh/Lëpushë and Valbona in Albania are good centres for day walks in the area but they are also the points which you can link up to make a variety of multi-day treks between them.
