This is a waymarked circular trail of 190km through the mountains of the three countries, Albania, Kosovo and Montenegro. It was established in 2012 by local action groups with considerable help from the German government development agency GIZ, and inspired, we like to think, by our B3P initiatives since 2003. It is already a very popular route with maybe up to 1000 people from many different countries tackling all or part of the route each year. To do the whole route would take from 12 to 16 days, allowing rest days, but local companies organise treks of 8 or 9 days, taking in the highlights of the trail.
